Are you a marketing agency or a marketing consultant?
Neither, exactly. The Revenue Architect installs revenue infrastructure. How much does the install cost?
Engagement pricing depends on revenue band and scope. Lead engagement is $25K USD prepay (3 months). Standard structure is $35K split across three months. We also offer biweekly flex and a 6-month full prepay option. Pricing is locked on the architecture call, not in a brochure — context shapes structure.
Do you only work with coaches and consultants?
No. Most installs to date have been coaches and consultants because the 9-system framework maps cleanly to their business model, but we've installed for agencies, professional services (legal, accounting, financial planning), trades (HVAC, plumbing, contractors), fitness/wellness studios, and clinic-based health practitioners. Why install in 21 days instead of phased over 6 months?
Because the 9 levers only work integrated. Phased rollouts cancel themselves out. If you install Lever 03 (conversion architecture) in March and Lever 06 (follow-up) in June, the 3 months in between have a leaking funnel feeding a system without follow-up — wasted ad spend the whole time. Do I have to be in Toronto to work with you?
No. Most of the install is remote. The only in-person component is the on-location content shoot for Lever 08 (Content Machine), which happens at your location.
