How long does it take to complete?

The course is sequenced across 90 days assuming 6–10 hours per week of execution time. You can move faster or slower — the modules don't lock. Most operators complete all 11 modules in 10–14 weeks.

Do I need to take the audit first?

No. The audit diagnoses your three priority gaps; the course teaches you to install all nine levers. If you have not taken the audit, the course starts from scratch and builds the full architecture. If you have, you can prioritize the modules corresponding to your diagnosed gaps and return to the others later.

Do I still need the Revenue Architecture engagement after?

If you execute the course, no. You will have the same infrastructure installed — self-built. The engagement exists for operators who want us to install it for them because their time is worth more than the engagement price. If you enroll in the course and complete the rebuild, the engagement becomes unnecessary.

Are the lessons video, text, or both?

Each module contains a video walkthrough, a written teaching document, and the execution templates. You can consume the lesson however works best for you — watch the video, read the doc, or both. The templates are always included regardless.

What happens if I don't execute?

Nothing changes. The course does not execute itself. If you buy the course and never complete a module, your business stays exactly as it is — same gaps, same plateau.
