For Ontario Mortgage Agents & Brokers

The phone agent that doesn't lose deals to voicemail. Built by a mortgage agent. Tested in his own brokerage first.

Aria answers your line 24/7. She qualifies the inquiry — refinance, purchase, reverse, commercial — captures contact info, and routes the lead into your pipeline before the prospect calls the next agent on the list. First responder wins. Aria makes you the first responder, every time.

What Aria does

Built for the way mortgage agents actually work. Not generic SaaS.

Most AI phone agents are built for restaurants, e-commerce, or tech companies. The qualification logic is wrong, the scripting is wrong, and the integration with the way mortgage agents actually run their pipeline is non-existent. Aria is different. She was designed inside an Ontario mortgage brokerage (Green Lending Reverse, FSRA Brokerage License 13071) and tuned against real inbound calls before being offered to anyone else.

Capability 01
24/7 answering, every call
Picks up after the second ring, every time. No "you've reached the office of..." voicemail dead-end.
Capability 02
Mortgage-aware qualification
Knows the difference between refinance, purchase, reverse, commercial, HELOC, and switch. Routes accordingly.
Capability 03
FSRA-aware scripting
Doesn't promise rates, approvals, or terms. Operates within the regulatory boundaries of an unlicensed assistant.
Capability 04
Pipeline integration
Pushes captured leads into GoHighLevel, your CRM of choice, or via email/SMS within 60 seconds of the call ending.
Capability 05
Custom voice + persona
Uses your brokerage name, your hours, your team's names. Sounds like she works for you, not a software vendor.
Capability 06
Post-call summary email
Within 60 seconds of every call you get a transcript, qualification summary, and recommended next-step on your phone.
Capability 07
Emergency routing
If the caller says it's urgent, Aria can hot-transfer or text-page you immediately based on rules you set.
Capability 08
Bilingual (EN/FR) optional
For brokers serving Quebec or bilingual Ontario markets. French-language Aria available at no additional cost.
Why this is structural, not optional

The mortgage market changed. The first responder wins.

Ten years ago, a homeowner shopping for a mortgage would call their bank, wait 48 hours for a meeting, and consider their options. The market was patient and the buyer was loyal.

Today, the same homeowner Googles "mortgage broker near me" at 9pm, calls the first three results, and works with whoever calls back first. Industry data on mortgage shopping behavior is consistent across regions: the broker who answers first wins the file 65-70% of the time — regardless of rate, regardless of credentials, regardless of relationship.

Speed of response is the highest-leverage variable in the modern mortgage business. Bigger than your rate sheet. Bigger than your lender relationships. Bigger than your reputation. The broker who's reachable at 9pm, 11pm, weekends, holidays — that broker wins the inquiry. Everyone else gets second pick.

The compounding problem. Every deal you lose to voicemail isn't just a one-time miss — that homeowner refers their friends to the broker who actually answered. You don't lose one deal. You lose the family. You lose the social network. You lose the next 5 referrals that would have come from that one call.

Aria fixes the speed problem permanently. She answers every call, qualifies every inquiry, and pushes the lead into your pipeline before the prospect has time to dial the next agent. First responder, every time.

Where Aria actually runs

Tested at my own brokerage first. Before I'd offer it to fellow agents.

Case Study · Green Lending Reverse

Aria has been the after-hours line at Green Lending Reverse since launch — an Ontario reverse mortgage brokerage.

Green Lending Reverse (FSRA Brokerage License 13071) is the brokerage I run alongside The Revenue Architect. The reverse mortgage demographic — homeowners 55+ — calls more often outside business hours than during. After-hours calls were the single biggest leak in the business before Aria. Now they're the single biggest source of qualified inbound. Same phone number, same business, dramatically different capture rate.

The reason I'm offering Aria to fellow Ontario mortgage agents is because the same fix that worked at GLR works at every mortgage brokerage I've shown it to. The pain is universal. The fix is repeatable. I'm not pitching software I haven't proven on my own brokerage first.

The 48-hour install

From signed agreement to first call answered. In 48 hours.

Most "AI phone agent" vendors take 4-6 weeks to install. The setup is over-engineered, the integration is brittle, and you spend more time training their CSM than actually using the product. Aria's install is 48 hours, end to end.

Day 0Discovery (30 min): You walk me through your brokerage — your team, your typical callers, your existing phone setup, your CRM, the qualification questions you'd ask if you answered every call yourself. We lock the persona script.
Day 1 AMProvisioning: Twilio number provisioned. GHL sub-account configured (or your existing CRM wired up). Aria's voice and persona scripted to your brokerage.
Day 1 PMRouting logic build: Qualification flows for refi/purchase/reverse/commercial. Emergency routing rules. Hot-transfer logic. Post-call summary email template.
Day 2 AMLive testing: We make 10 test calls together. Edge cases, accent handling, qualification depth, pipeline drop-in. Tweaks land in real time.
Day 2 PMCutover (1 hour): Your call-forwarding rule flips from voicemail to Aria for after-hours inbound. Live. First-call alert lands on your phone within minutes.
Day 3+Tuning week: First 7 days of live calls reviewed by me personally. Anything off-script gets corrected. Qualification depth dialed in. By Day 10 Aria sounds and qualifies exactly the way you would.

FAQ

What other Ontario brokers ask before signing.

Will Aria sound like a robot?
No. Aria uses ElevenLabs voice synthesis — among the most human-sounding TTS engines currently available. In our internal testing at GLR, fewer than 10% of callers identified Aria as AI within the first 90 seconds of a call. Most realize after they ask a question Aria can't answer ("what's your best 5-year fixed rate today") and Aria appropriately routes them to a licensed agent for that. The rule we follow: Aria never lies about being human. If asked directly, she'll say "I'm a digital assistant for the brokerage."
Is this FSRA-compliant?
Aria operates within the boundaries of an unlicensed assistant — the same boundaries any front-desk receptionist or unlicensed staff member would. She does not quote rates, promise approvals, give mortgage advice, or represent terms. She qualifies inquiries, captures contact information, and routes leads to licensed agents (you). Compliance is your responsibility — but Aria's design respects FSRA's framework for unlicensed assistants. If you have specific compliance concerns about your brokerage's setup, retain compliance counsel — we don't substitute for that.
What happens to PIPEDA / privacy of caller data?
All call data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Recordings are retained for 30 days then auto-deleted unless you opt-in to longer retention. The platform is hosted in Canadian data centers (or US-Canada cross-border with PIPEDA-compliant agreements, depending on your selected configuration). We sign a DPA (Data Processing Agreement) with every brokerage. You own your data. We process it on your behalf. PIPEDA framework respected by design.
What if a caller has a really specific question Aria can't answer?
Aria's job is to qualify and route, not to substitute for you. When a caller asks something outside her scope ("can you pre-approve me right now," "what rate can you offer me," etc.), she pivots: "That's a question for one of our licensed agents — I'll have someone follow up with you within X hours. What's the best number to reach you?" Then she captures the lead, books a callback if they want one, and you handle the substantive question on your callback. Capture rate stays high because she never tries to fake expertise.
Will my existing receptionist or assistant feel threatened?
Aria is built for after-hours and overflow — the calls your receptionist ISN'T answering. Most brokerages run Aria as a complement to their existing team, not a replacement. Receptionist takes the 9-5 calls; Aria takes everything else. The deals being saved are deals that were leaking past the existing team's working hours. If you're a solo agent without a receptionist, Aria is the receptionist — but she's there to extend your reach, not displace anyone.
What if I want to cancel?
30-day notice via email. No cancellation fees. No clawback of install costs. We give you 7 days to export your call data and contacts before deactivation. The reason there's no contract lock-in: brokers who feel locked in resent the product, churn anyway, and tell their networks. Brokers who can leave at any time and choose to stay are the ones who refer. Long-term retention through value, not contracts.
How is this different from just hiring a 24/7 answering service?
Three differences. 1. Cost structure: traditional answering services charge per-call or per-minute, with retainers that scale up the more inbound you get. Aria is flat-rate, all-in, with unlimited inbound — your cost is predictable regardless of call volume. 2. Quality of qualification: human answering service operators don't know what a HELOC is, can't qualify for refinance vs purchase reliably, and can't ask mortgage-specific follow-up questions. Aria can — because she was scripted by a mortgage agent. 3. Speed of pickup: human services often go to hold queue at peak times. Aria picks up every call, every time, after the second ring.
Who built this?
Malakai Green — Ontario mortgage agent, FSRA license 523007661, principal at Green Lending Reverse (Brokerage License 13071), and founder of The Revenue Architect. Aria was built originally as in-house infrastructure at GLR before being productized for fellow agents. This isn't a software company building tools for an industry it doesn't understand. This is a mortgage agent who built a tool for his own brokerage and is making it available to peers.
